Booking conditions
If we offer a pitch and you accept, then you are entering into a binding contract.
One of the conditions is for us to provide the pitch and for you to arrive and use it.
Arrival and Departure
Arrival time is after 2pm and no later than 8pm unless arranged. Departure time is no later than (by) 11am
Please also note that access to the site is via card operated barrier, a £10 returnable deposit is required for the card [deposit payable upon arrival].
Touring , Camping, Hobbits
We will request an agreed deposit for non bank
holiday periods. Upon receiving
your payment we will send you [via email] a receipt and confirmation of your
booking. The balance of your
payment will be due on arrival.
Full payment in advance is required for Bank Holiday Periods, a minimum of 3 night charge applies. For 2 night booking the full amount is payable in advance
No refunds will be given for bad weather, early departure or cancellation [we advise that you take out Hoilday insurance].
We do not allow washing lines,[ rotary accepted ] nor flags.
No electric heaters permitted in awnings.- [ Health and Safety regulations ]
Balls, Games, Cycling
Please note that cycling, ball games including boules or the playing of any kind, is not permitted on the main touring or caravan field.
A specific play area is provided. Children must not play around water stand pipes, toilets, driveways, caravan field or near others tents. The designated play area must be vacated by 9pm
Visitors
In Peak periods , due to the site being at its capacity and subject to parking availabilty we regret that we may refuse visitors on site.
Visitors by prior arrangement ONLY. Visitor fees apply
Groups
We do not accept any
groups.
Individual tent bookings which upon arrival
constitute bookings made as part of a larger group, are likely to
be asked to leave. No refunds will be given.
Noise
No loud music to be played at anytime.
Noise, including loud conversation that is likely to, or does, disturb others will not be tolerated, particularly between 9pm and 9am, you are likely to be told to leave; no refunds will be given.
The use of foul language at anytime is not acceptable, you will be told to leave; no refunds will be given.
Luxury Park Home and Hobbits
We will request an agreed deposit for non bank holiday periods. Upon receiving your payment we will send you a receipt and confirmation of your booking if requested to do so. The balance of your payment will be due on arrival. Any damage howsoever caused or stolen items must be paid for.
Please note, that due to Insurance
Conditions and Fire Regulations, no more than 4 persons are allowed to stay
overnight in the Park Home.
Cancellations/Non arrival
If you have to cancel there are no cash
refunds you will be liable for the balance owed.
If you fail to arrive after confirming a booking you will still be liable for the balance owed.
We do recommend that you take out
HOLIDAY INSURANCE.
Caveat
We reserve the right to refuse site entry to, or eject from the site, anyone we consider to be under the influence of alcohol. In this instance no refund will be made.
