The Park Home is furnished to a very high standard. It has both central heating and double glazing to add to your comfort,and you can be assured that it will be immacculately presented for your arrival

The accommodation sleeps a maximum of four persons 

Ideally it is perfect for two adults or for two adults with a maximum of two children. ( We offer discounted rates for less occupancy )

The accommodation comprises of a lounge with mahogany fittings, three piece suite which also doubles up as a pull out sofa bed. Living flame fire, colour TV plus freeview and DVD. An in built cassette audio /CD radio systems runs throught the home.

The dining area sports a stylish mahogany table with four upholstered chairs and french doors which lead onto a large veranda with an weather surface with four patio chairs and a large table. It boasts stunning views and ideal for evening BBQ's.  From here steps lead down onto a safe two acre lawned area, ideal if you have small children.

The fully equipped kitchen including Kettle, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Toaster, and Gas Hob Oven. Also included is a steam iron and ironing board and use of washing machine, tumble dryer and rotary line.

The master bedroom is delightful. It has a double bed with dressing table, fully fitted mirrored wardrobes and an en-suite toilet , sink .and a television

There is also an additional good size bathroom which sports a full size Bath,  this is indeed quite rare in this type of accommodation. There is another shower, sink and toilet located here. This bathroom can be accessed via the master bedroom and also via the hall.

For your interest we have compiled a comprehensive visitor information pack and also have a separate tourist information point brimming with suggestions and ideas regarding places to visit, eat and things to interest you in the surrounding area.

 We also have available fresh local farm eggs and other local produce. For other convenience there is a very well equiped Post office store within easy walking distance.

Double duvets, pillows, matress covers , tea towels, washing up liquid , kitchen and toilet rolls, foil etc..are all provided. Upon booking we will forward a full itinary of items included in the Park Home . We kindly ask that you bring with you your own bed linen and towels .

Our privately owned Home is situated on our ten acre, quiet refined 4 star Touring and Camping Park , away from the main site.

Our self catering accommodation is the perfect base if you wish to explore the Llyn Peninsular with its stunning beaches and coastline. It is also ideal if you are a keen walker, as there are a range of both coastal and inland walks to suit all abilities from low level /easy to the high level dramatic demanding mountains of Snowdownia and surrounding peaks.

We recently stayed in the park home on your site, we would like to say how much we enjoyed our week with you. The holiday home is the nicest we have ever stayed in, very clean and extremely comfortable and well equipped, it is also very spacious and like a home from home but with stunning views across the surrounding countryside. The site is lovely and peaceful which is exactly what we wanted. Although the site is lovely and secluded it was still near to the stunning surrounding beaches and there were plenty of places nearby to stock up on essentials. We found both you and your husband friendly and helpful and would gladly recommend a holiday stay here.
