Booking conditions

We will require a min 50% deposit for non bank holiday periods.  Upon receiving your payment we will send you a receipt and confirmation of your booking if requested to do so.  The balance of your payment will be due On Arrival.

Groups

Individual tent bookings which upon arrival constitute bookings made as part of a larger group, are likely to be asked to leave. No refunds will be given.

Group bookings by arrangement only.

Cancellations

If you have to cancel there are no cash refunds. It is at the discretion of the management as to whether a credit is given.

If you fail to arrive after confirming a booking or cancel within 10 days of due arrival, the full amount due for your booking is still payable to us.

Caveat

We reserve the right to refuse site entry to anyone we consider to be under the influence of alcohol.  In this instance no refund will be made.

The proprietor reserves the right to refuse entry, or eject from the Site at any time; any person(s) causing a nuisance, disturbance, and/or breaching of site conditions. No refund will be made.
